All of us have our own personal reasons for starting out in Network Marketing. I wouldn't mind betting that for most of you the chance to earn a substantial amount of money would be in the top 3 reasons you decided to take the plunge into this business. So while we're on the subject of money, let me ask you this question; are you promoting your business in the correct manner that will enable your opportunity the best chance of success. I guess only you can answer that one so I'm just going to share with you a variety of methods you could use to spread the word about your online business.
Spreading the word about your network marketing business "online" is an infinitely more powerful medium
than operating a traditional offline MLM business will ever be due to the power of the internet. This one
tool beats, hands down, any offline form of advertising and doesn't have to cost you an arm and a leg. Now we all have our own company supplied website to market with, while this is essentially for downline building and tracking I would strongly suggest you start your own website. By doing this you will have a platform to promote you! You just need to have links to your website throughout the page to expose your business opportunity.
Network Marketing is a people business and while we might have a killer product, people usually join people. The reasons are varied. You might be attracted to a persons knowledge or you may feel a connection with that person on another level. Either way, it's you that needs to hold center stage. Use your site to connect with people by letting them know your testimony, share some of yourself, a little or a lot, it's up to you. Now you don't need to go out and spend a bucket load of money on a website. All you need is a profile on myspace for one. As long as you don't try and create a "sales page", you can have your links in the body of your text. Just be active, adding friends and your message will spread.
Another free way to advertise your opportunity is by writing a press release and publishing it to PR sites on the net. Have a look at a site called alexa to see if the PR site rates well enough to bother with. Stay in the top ten sites to ensure good readership. If you can afford it you can have these press releases ghost written for you. Check out craigslist and shop around, these guys are quite reasonable.
Writing articles like this one is another free way to advertise your business opportunity, by way of your authors resource box or signature file at the end of the article. If that interests you, there are a number of article submission software out there to assist you in posting to all the top directories as it can be time consuming going through the process of submitting individually. I use a program called Article Post Robot, these guys allow you to submit to up to 50 sites at a time on autopilot, very cool!
I'll touch on one more freebie and that's getting active in online forums. Just find your niche, join groups and post comments. Start by being a member and after a little while you can start to have links back to your website that other members will be exposed to just by reading your comments. If you don't mind getting your wallet or purse out you can run pay-per-click ads (PPC). Google will happily relieve you of your hard earned to run an ad campaigns like the ones on the right of this article as will Microsoft Adcentre and a host of others. This form of advertising can be costly so you might want to study up on some adwords training. There is a lot of info out there to help you run a campaign as it will cost you if you are not on your game. If you are, then this is a sure fire way to drive lots of very targeted traffic to your website!
Hopefully this article has added to your knowledge and helps you increase your profits. Stay committed to these concepts and ideas in your marketing plan and I assure you your bank account will climb as a result.

How Effective Branding Can Bring Success To Your Campaigns
Branding is vital to your business success because it helps you to create a strong image that your clients and prospects remember. A strong brand therefore leaves that positive (or negative) impression that your target clients have every time you reach out to them.
If you want to create a big impact, your brand can help you do it. Effective branding indeed can help you establish loyalty among your clients. With effective branding, you'll be able to influence the buying decisions of your clients and prospects.
Consumers basically rely on the experience and stability of a brand image in any business. Often they are convinced to consider a brand based on what they have seen and known for many years. Coupled with a similar belief and attitude, a brand can be an effective medium to advertise your business.
This is the reason why most business owners, whether small or big, depend on their brand to provide them the success they're looking for. In fact, most business owners today are so attentive to the kind of brand they develop for their business that they invest so much of their resources just to come up with a great one. There's really a big effort nowadays for marketers and advertisers to create the most suitable brand for their business.
So whether you come up with your own or hire a brand developer to create one for you, here are a few tips for you to consider when launching your brand in your print ads such as your marketing newsletters:
1 - Don't overcrowd your brand with too many elements. Often, we would want to infuse our brand with so many details and elements that we forget the main purpose of our branding - to make sure that your target readers understand what you do exactly and what you have to offer. If you don't leave enough room for your elements to breathe, chances are your target clients would also have a hard time ingesting what you want to say. Leave white spaces so you can lead your target audience to the most important element in your ad, which is your message.
2 - Know your target market and learn how they actually read. By doing so, you'll be able to place your elements in your ad in such a way that nothing is left unread.
3 - Consider using effective fonts and typefaces in your ad. The way you write your ads affect the way your target clients accept your message. Use lower cases in your copy because people are basically more familiar with them. All capital letters just provoke hostility and antagonism which you don't really need when you're reaching out to your target clients.
4 - Consistency is the key. Be consistent from the design to the layout, to even the message you convey in every page of your For more information, you can visit this page on newsletter printing ad for example.
And lastly, provide an ad that communicates one idea only. And not just one idea, mind you. It should be a great idea so you would be able to keep your audience interested in your ad.

Business Development using the C.E.O. Plan
If you have a product, and have researched your market, this one simple three step process will ensure your success. If you take all the business guru's and condense their message to the simplist possible formula, I'm confident they would all agree that the C.E.O. formula describes the essentials.
Step One is the "C" - Connect
Most people understand this step. Even people that are not business owners know that prospects and customers must be connected with in some manner. The connection happens in a variety of ways:
- Direct Mail
- Buchesiness Networking
- Telemarketing
- Business Greeting Cards
- Targeted TV Commercials
- Radio Commercials
- Infomercials
- Internet Marketing
- Social Networking Websites
- Magazines
- Face to Face - 30 second elevator speech
These are just a few of the methods that business owners have used for many years to connect with their customers. You've probably attended seminars, listened to motivational cd's, read books and magazine articles on strategies for everything on this list. The whole point of connecting is to make some
kind of contact with your prospect or customer so that the small business owner can deliver the message about the product or service. The is where most small business owners focus all their attention. There is much written and taught about how to connect with the customer.
Step Two is the "E" - Engage
Engaging the customer comes next. This is the part of the process where business owners share their message. For example, the direct mail postcard is the tool used to connect with the customer and the message on the postcard engages the customer by conveying the features and benefits.
Step Three is the "O" - Offer
The most successful business owners understands the importance of this final step. Yet many hard working independent business owners completely leave this out or make a weak offer.
Let's look at these three steps together in an example.
In our example Rachel is a Life Success Coach and works with corporate clients that need productivity coaching. She's been a Coach for 5 years - part time because she only has five clients. She writes and publishes articles, does a cable TV show and teaches a couple of classes on self improvement to promote her business.
From this description it's seems as if she is making lots of effort to connect with prospects. In her writing and speaking she engages customers with her message of personal development. After asking Rachel a few questions it was discovered that she had never developed a call to action. She connected with
lots of people, and the people she connected with knew that she offered personal development services. She admitted that she had never developed a specific call to action. The advice given was to create a message where she would begin inviting and asking the people she was communicating with to hire her as a coach.
Begin to look at all of your marketing tools and check your own marketing message. Does each message have a strong call to action? What about when you are networking, how comfortable do you feel out-right asking for the business? Asking for the order, making the offer is the most natural next step if you've
connected with the right customers and delivered a compelling message.
When creating business development plans use the simple C.E.O. Formula as a guide to be sure that you're not leaving out any of these three important steps.
